Mr. Lynch is the Chief Engineer for the Electrical Department and has over 35 years of experience in electrical engineering, primarily in the pharmaceutical, scientific and technology industries. He is licensed in 11 states and specializes in High Availability Infrastructure Systems and Mission Critical componentry in large plant settings. "Here's where we apply a very formal and enforced quality control," when designing and monitoring these systems. He also provides technical expertise for the electrical engineering department, including regulating budgets, schedules, quality assurance, and the professional development of the staff.
Ed started his career with a contractor and values this experience that enables him to truly be a hands on engineer. "We don't just sit in our office all day. We work directly with our clients in the field. We help bring it all together for them from planning to occupancy."
Attention to detail is critical in engineering. It determines the quality of engineering. At Genesis, we know that the small details are often just as important as the big picture. Quality is in the details. These details create dependable and sustainable designs that become long term assets for our clients. We focus on the details so that our clients can rest assured that their project is in good hands.
