Mr. Blair offers more than 15 years of professional experience leading and delivering commissioning services for the life sciences, higher education and healthcare industries. He leads a team of engineers focused on the commissioning and qualification of projects following Good Engineering Practices (GEPs) and Industry Standard Guidelines (ISPE, NIH, AEE, ASHRAE, LEED). His technical expertise helps him develop commissioning strategies meeting the needs of our clients.

Josh specializes in resolving a broad range of design and installation issues for numerous types of MEP systems. His experience includes troubleshooting instrumentation control circuits and BAS control software, administering performance testing and tuning procedures, conducting installation and operational qualifications of systems, and utilizing FDA protocols in commissioning and validation of equipment and systems.
