"Often, for our clients, the importance of identifying solutions at a strategic level is a key to projects moving forward. It's important that we're able to see the big picture, in terms of working out solutions." These days, clients are often looking for the paradox of creative thinking and detail oriented analysis to support strategic decisions.

On Knowledge

"Our solutions are well thought out, which is not just the production of documentation, constructing walls and frames. It's none of that. It's thought." Mike has leveraged his design and construction experience to provide further project leadership in the development of strategic planning and concept development. He feels strongly that technical solutions, accurate cost estimates, and milestone schedules are key components to effective planning. His experience with executing the final product for LifeScience, Healthcare, and Corporate facilities provides clarity and insight during concept development for technically complex projects.

Mike grew up in the engineering and construction business. His father owned a structural engineering firm, and he "hung out at Dad's office from a young age" His grandfather owned an excavation company, "and I was on my grandfather's lap running a bulldozer at age 5." Mike feels the design and construction industry is his true calling.

Mike loves being out on his boat, taking it from Cape May NJ to the Eastern Shore of MD... "In my spare time, I'd love to own a marina, and just be around boats 24/7. Or a "Mountain Host" at a ski resort, showing people different trails around the mountain. That would be an awesome job, Dock Yard boss in the summer, and Mountain Host in the winter. "
