Mr. Goldschmidt has over 30 years of experience combining business understanding with technical expertise to deliver projects and services with exceptional value, speed and compliance. Prior to joining Genesis, he served in numerous capacities in the Life Science industry, most recently, as an Executive Director for Global Engineering - Strategy and Design with a major Bio Pharmaceutical Company. His industry experience spans the many types of facilities and processes necessary to bring a product to market - from R&D through Manufacturing. Norm brings planning, design, construction and validation experience, in addition to expertise in regulation and compliance, to enhance Genesis' effectiveness assisting clients in achieving their goals.

Norm is a recognized international expert on the design of critical environments and strategic facilities. Widely published, he is a frequent guest speaker for regulatory agencies, and at conferences around the world. He also holds 4 patents for innovations in HVAC and Pharmaceutical Processing, is an Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and serves on numerous standards industry organizations.
